How Kombi Keg Operates
Kombi Keg Bay Area offers a unique and versatile mobile bar experience. Not a big beer drinker? The VW bar is equipped with 6 taps ready to pour commercial quantities of a variety of drinks from soft drinks and ciders to wines and cocktails.
If your event or catering company supplies the drinks, we are happy to work directly with them to ensure your event goes off without a hitch! Once the party is over, we pack up and drive out. It’s that simple.
The Kombi Keg is also equipped with a LED TV to display your choice of media and lights for added effect perfect for brand activations, wedding receptions and more!

- The unique Kombi Keg design allows for two different bench options. The surfboard, which is the original and classic bar top of the Kombi Keg. Or the rustic wooden bench which complements the vintage look of the VW Kombi.

Let our team take away the stress of party planning. On event day, we’ll organize the delivery of Kombi Keg to the venue, hook it up, set the pressures of the kegs and test the flow. We then leave you to it and return to pick up the Kombi after the event. It couldn’t be easier!

An experienced staff member can be provided to serve healthy kombucha or a hard-earned brew. The outdoor setting and chillout vibe can be a great addition to your function’s activities!

From small intimate settings such as a bachelor and bachelorette night, or large parties & corporate functions we’ve got your event covered. Your guests are able to serve themselves a cold brew from our bar or alternatively, we have our experienced staff on hand to serve your guests. and chat with them about beers, wine, and Australian culture!

Lawn Games
When organising mobile bar hire, don’t forget about the entertainment. We can assist with hiring out a wide range of lawn games including Corn Hole, Bocce, and Giant Jenga to name a few.
Outdoor Lounge
Create the ultimate chill-out zone! Our outdoor lounge setup features potted plants, two chairs, a rug, and pillows that compliment the Boho-Chic style of the VW Kombi bar.
Glassware
Although most venues we work with supply glassware, we can also supply plastic 12oz cups if required.
About Us
Who we are
Carlos and Livi are the owners of Kombi Keg Bay Area and longtime residents of the San Francisco Bay Area. Kombi’s hold a special place in our hearts – Carlos had a Kombi growing up that he LOVED. It was a white 78’ Kombi and his family would go on family trips everywhere with it. It brought so many fond memories so of course we just had to get one for our wedding. Our wedding had a Kombi converted into a photobooth and it was a huge hit! That’s how we knew we wanted to be part of the Kombi Keg family when the opportunity arose.
We’re excited to be bringing Kombi Keg to the Bay Area! Sharing our love for Kombis, good times, great brews, and the creation of unforgettable memories with you and your guests!

Please Note
The Kombi Keg is hired out as a ‘dry hire’ with no alcohol included. As we don’t carry a liquor license we cannot directly purchase alcohol for you, but we can help you organise your kegs and drinks, and pick them up and return them to the supplier after the event. We have connections to local breweries and beer companies who can put together great packages for Kombi Keg customers. We also have 5Gal kegs that can be used for home brew, soft drink, and water. Just let us know when you book what you need and we will make it happen.
