We are a family run business that wants to bring back the old school look and with the Kombi Keg! Each Kombi Keg has been restored from a vintage VW Kombi. The staff we work with have had extensive training and have mastered the best way to make your event special. Whether you want a vintage, classic, or modern look, we’re here to help you create a magical event.

How Kombi Keg Operates
We’ll provide you with a classic Kombi. Hire includes a 55inch screen TV that pops out of the roof so you can celebrate your special occasion by displaying photos, slideshows or corporate event signage. You can even play music clips, movies or your favourite sports event. The choice is yours!
Our Kombi Keg has 6 taps on the side for pouring some of your favourite beverages from; beers, ciders, homebrew, postmix. In fact, just about anything you want that can go in a keg!
There are three large tubs located in the back that can be filled to the brim with ice to put wine, champagne, cans & other bottled drinks. Choose from two bench options to suit your style – the classic surfboard for a summer vibe or the rustic timber bench for a classic, timeless look!

Bench Options
The surfboard bench is a Kombi Keg original! However, we understand that the surfboard might not suit your needs. That’s why we’ve introduced a classier option, a rustic wooden bench! This option provides the perfect minimal look for weddings, brand activations and more.
Rooftop TV
Pop up flat screen TV so you can watch the game in style, show movies, photos, logos, live TV etc. Perfect for making those milestone birthday parties or hens/bucks nights extra special. Just remember, power hook up is required to operate the TV.

The Big Day
You don’t need to worry about a thing! We’ll organise delivery of Kombi Keg to the venue, hook it up and set the pressures of the kegs and test the flow. We then leave you to it and return to pick up the Kombi after the event.

Bar Tables
These cocktail high bar tables are a great addition to the Kombi Keg for any event. They can be hired out for $25.00 each or $130 for six. They come with cool Kombi Keg logo covers to fit in with the theme and make that special day even more memorable. You can also dress them yourself to fit your own unique style!
Bar Staff
The bar staff that we use are fully RSA registered to serve Alcohol to persons of age in Australia. The staff can help with the running of the Kombi Keg and serve your guests at the Kombi Keg as required. Staff are charged out at a rate of $30.00 per hour. If you would like the staff for the evening please advise us at time of booking.
Security Staff
At Kombi Keg, we think of everything! The security company and staff that we use are fully registered if you require security for your event. The staff are friendly and can help with running the event to ensure it goes without a hitch! You have the peace of mind that there will be no one that isn’t invited turning up!

Our VW Kombi Keg can access most large properties and venues throughout our service area. The Kombi Keg mobile bar needs to be on private property, as it cannot be used on council property without a permit. Most hire venues are private property, however, every venue has different rules, so check with the venue for their rules and regulations around the serving of alcohol and the use of Kombi Keg Great Southern WA. It is the responsibility of the person hiring Kombi Keg to check this before booking as all deposits are non-refundable.
Yes! Anything that comes in keg form can be served through the freezing cold taps of the Kombi Keg. Including ciders, wine, water, soft drinks etc. You can even run your homebrew.
Yes! Consider us your one-stop shop for your event bar needs. Although we love using our local suppliers, we can get our hands on more commercial brands if so desired. We create drink packages to suit all tastes and budgets.
We can supply staff with an RSA and would be happy to stay and serve your guests as an optional extra. If your mobile bar hire is for private property, there is a great chance that it can be self-serve. However, you would need to check this out for your area and your event venue.
This is only a general rule of thumb. You know your guests better than anyone else, take into consideration the fact that you might have big drinkers or that maybe only a few enjoy a tipple.
