How Kombi Keg Operates
We provide your Mid North Coast event with a classic Kombi Keg mobile bar that includes a 55inch screen TV that pops out of the roof. Display photos, slideshows, company logos, play music clips, movies or watch your favourite sports event.
The Kombi Keg mobile bar has 6 taps on the side for pouring some of your favourite beverages from; beers, ciders, homebrew, cocktails, spirits, soft drink, non alcoholic options – in fact anything that can go in a keg (we can even assist with keg hire)! There are three large tubs located in the back filled to the brim with ice to put wine, champagne, cans or any other bottled drinks. Or we can use the boot for a spirit station or even a glass station.
There are two bench options to choose from – the classic surfboard or the rustic timber bench, whichever best suits your event. For large brand activation events, you can even customise our mobile bar to suit your branding and style, creating a unique and memorable event.

When hiring the Kombi Keg mobile bar, you get to choose between two bench options. Stick to our unique standard bar bench option – the surfboard bench. Or if you’re seeking a more casual option, we can hook up a rustic wooden bench option – we can even customise the bench to suit your occasions such as a formal wedding, or a more informal hens or bucks night event.
Our Unique Rooftop TV
Our custom mobile bar has a rooftop pop up television for you to have scrolling photos, movies, power-point presentations or even just your favourite footy match playing – although not always advisable at your wedding. Please note that we will require power hook up to operate the TV at your event.

Day of logistics
Let us do all the hard work for you! We arrive with all that is required for your mobile bar service in the Mid North Coast region and then return home with what we bring. All kegs and glassware are cleaned and used again so you’re also helping the environment and saving yourselves the clean up the following day.
Our packages include one staff member to help your guests pour their own beverages or we can provide more professionals if you want that service – it’s your day so we work with what suits you!

The Kombi Keg is hired out as either a ‘dry hire’ with no alcohol included or an ‘all inclusive hire’. We can help you organise your kegs and drinks, and pick them up and return them to the supplier after the event. We have connections to local breweries as with the mainstream beer companies so we can put together great packages for Kombi Keg customers. We also have 19L kegs that can be used for home brew, soft drink, and water. Just let us know when you book what you need and we will make it happen.

Our VW Kombi Keg can access most large properties and venues throughout our service area. The Kombi Keg mobile bar needs to be on private property, as it cannot be used on council property without a permit. Most hire venues are private property, however, every venue has different rules, so check with the venue for their rules and regulations around the serving of alcohol and the use of Kombi Keg Mid North Coast. It is the responsibility of the person hiring Kombi Keg to check this before booking as all deposits are non-refundable.
Yes! Anything that comes in keg form can be served through the freezing cold taps of the Kombi Keg. Including ciders, wine, water, soft drinks etc. You can even run your homebrew.
Yes! Consider us your one-stop-shop for your event bar needs. Although we love using our local suppliers, we can get our hands on more commercial brands if so desired. We create drink packages to suit all tastes and budgets.
We can supply staff with an RSA and would be happy to stay and serve your guests as an optional extra. If your mobile bar hire is for private property, there is a great chance that it can be self-serve. However, you would need to check this out for your area and your event venue.
This is only a general rule of thumb. You know your guests better than anyone else, take into consideration the fact that you might have big drinkers or that maybe only a few enjoy a tipple.
