We have a range of alcohol choices and beer kegs to suit your guests. We can deliver the Kombi and leave, or provide experienced bar staff to serve.
Our Kombi is a unique and versatile mobile bar with 6 beer taps ready to pour commercial quantities of beer, cider and other draft products, all wrapped up in a beautifully restored 1974 VW Kombi.
If you wet hire, we’ll provide you with bar staff. If you dry hire, we’ll show you how it works on drop off. We’ll give some training and we will leave you with a set of notes and a number to call.

How Kombi Keg Operates
We are licensed and are able to offer either “wet hire” where you order your drinks directly through us from our extensive beer, wine, cocktail and cider menu, or “dry hire” where you provide your own kegged drinks to serve via the Kombi’s taps.
Our relationship with local breweries, local mixologists, and national wineries enable us to put together some great packages for you! Ordering “off-menu” is also possible – simply name your favourite tipple and we’ll advise whether we can supply it for your next corporate event or private party.
Whether opting for wet hire or dry hire, we do all the hard work so you don’t need to – from set up, to pack down, and everything in between… all you need to do is enjoy your party!
Our Kombi can even be branded to suit your business, perfect for a unique twist on traditional brand activation events.
We also have empty 19L kegs on hand that can be used for homebrew, soft drinks, spirits, water, etc. Just let us know what you need when you book and we’ll make it happen. Simple!

Our Kombi Keg Mobile Bar Includes:
- An instant chill beer cooling system to keep the beers or other beverages pouring chilled all night long;
- 6 beer taps capable of connecting to kegs of beer, cider and even wine;
- Food grade C02 gas to pressurise the kegs;
- 19L kegs for homebrew, soft drinks or water – just let us know prior to booking;
- Three drinks tubs in the rear of the Kombi, full of ice ready to put your cans or bottles in;
- Multiple benchtop options to suit the theme and style of your event;
- A full-size rooftop TV to showcase your brand, show memorable images or even play your favourite game live.

Select from our unique surfboard bar bench or more traditional rustic wooden bench. We can even customise the bench options to suit the theme of your event – just let us know when booking.
Rooftop TV
Pop up flat-screen TV so you can watch the game in style, show movies, photos, logos, live TV etc. Power hook up is required to operate the TV.
We will make sure you're set up for success
Day of Logistics
On the day of your event, we will deliver the Kombi Keg to your venue in Melbourne’s West or outer Suburbs of Melbourne, hook up and set the pressures of the kegs and test the flow. We then leave you to it and return to pick up the Kombi after the event. Additionally, we can provide experienced bartenders if you require – it couldn’t be easier!

We are Andrew and Jacinta owners of the gorgeous ‘Tipsy’, a 1960 split screen Kombi catering to the west of Melbourne and the outer region around to Marysville where we run a luxury Airbnb and where we will hopefully soon run a small Kombi caravan park!
We met in a pub in London when we were (much!) younger and have always loved a good party. We are no strangers to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests so are very excited to help make your event extra special.
